A pair of tall vibrant pink and clear blown art glass bird sculptures by one of the re known firms from the Isle of Murano in Italy. This pair features nice details to their faces and bodies with just the right amount of pink and blown 24 karat gold throughout. They rest on decorative clear glass decorative bases. Very Good Vintage Condition.

This fine set of two pieces feature elegant and beautifully cast women angels supporting the finely hand-cut reticulated baskets. A well designed claw foot base and details to the body, feet, gown and facial features distinguish these exceptional pieces. Slight and appropriate gilt loss as well as an old and professional restoration to one do not diminish the integrity of this pair. Impressive in size and wonderful in scale.
