    An exquisite set of 12 bowls and 12 under plates from the Venetian art glass island of Murano.

    This fanciful set has a beautifully blown bowl with very detailed hand painting surround of whimsical flora fauna and animals.

    A lovely color of pale aqua blue/green and decorated bases accents the octagonal shaped bowl.

    Extra applied prunts and decoration throughout. As these are all hand blown the size varies slightly here and there.

    The bowls are approximately four and one quarter inches wide and a little over two inches tall.

    The plates are approximately 6 inches in diameter. Ready to mix and match in with all your fine tabletop.

    • ]]>     Clear beautiful crystal by one of America’s re known firms, Steuben of Corning New York. These elegant pieces are Circa 1939 and are fully hall marked with Steuben’s diamond-point etching in the form of the letter “S”. The quality and condition of this set is wonderful and they have blown finished pontils. They retain their original felts and silver papered boxes stamped with “Steuben Glass Inc New York, Chicago, Palm Beach. This last store opened in 1937. A versatile set for your table, the bowls and plates are perfect for fruit, dessert, compote, puddings and so much more. Their crisp clean lines will mix and match in with all your fine table top.

    A great set from Royal Doulton, England Circa 1910 and custom ordered through the fine Gilded Age Retailer Marshall Fields Chicago. A go to size for soup, pasta, salads, ice cream or desserts with sauce. This set is in amazing condition and features the classic Robert Allen design shaped edge with lots of raised tooled gilding in a floral design. Please look at the picture that shows the collars of the plates to see the detailing. These will mix and match in nicely with all your fine tabletop.
